Bedford only, one address
The Recovery Room is the Bedford room. The address is 21 Commerce Park N, Suite D, Bedford, NH 03110. The phone is (603) 714-1698.
Dover is a studio, at 15 Mechanic Street, Suite 117, Dover, NH 03820, (603) 840-9192. Dover is not the Recovery Room. If you want the boots or the sauna, you come to Bedford.
Hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, 7 days. This page does not set a price, a session length, or a rule that the room books on its own. Ask when you call.
Normatec compression boots
Normatec compression boots are a Hyperice dynamic air compression system. Specs here are from hyperice.com. They are device facts, not claims about what the boots do for your body.
The system uses Pulse, Hyperice dynamic air compression. Each leg attachment has 5 overlapping zones. ZoneBoost is a control that gives one zone extra time and pressure. There are 7 intensity levels. You zip into the leg attachments. The control unit runs the zones. You sit. You unzip when it is done.
How a boots session goes
You zip into the leg attachments. Intensity is set. You sit. You unzip.
That is the sequence. Seven intensity levels means the setting can be lower or higher. If a level is too much, it can be changed. You stay seated while the boots run.
This page does not say how many minutes that sit lasts. Call (603) 714-1698 and ask if you need a time to hold on your calendar. Do not take a length from a retail page and assume it is the DripWell visit.
Three sizes, by height
Hyperice sizes the leg attachments as Short, Standard, and Tall, by height and inseam. From hyperice.com: Short is 5’7″ and under. Standard is 5’7″ to 6’4″. Tall is 6’4″ and over. Between sizes, Hyperice says to size down. Tell us your height when you book so the Bedford room can have a matching pair ready.
Infrared sauna
The same Bedford room has an infrared sauna. Bring water and time. Water, because you are sitting in a sauna. Time, because you should not arrive with no buffer on your day. This page does not set the length. This page does not set the price. The sauna is in Bedford only. It is not in Dover. It is not part of an in-home visit.
What this room is not
The Recovery Room is not a hospital recovery room and not a PACU. It is the Bedford room with Normatec compression boots and an infrared sauna.
It is also not the IM shot menu. Shots are in-studio visits, about 5 minutes, from $25, at Bedford or Dover. You do not need the boots or the sauna to get a shot. A shot is an injection in the studio. The Recovery Room is the boots and the sauna.
A licensed RN places every drip. Studio drip visits have no travel fee. This page does not fold those prices or NAD+ hours into a Recovery Room rate. No rate is stated here. A standard drip is 45–60 minutes. NAD+ is 2–4 hours. Ask how you want the day stacked. We will not invent a bundle.
