Normatec compression boots
Normatec is a dynamic air compression system made by Hyperice. You zip into the leg attachments, and the control unit inflates a sequence of zones up your legs, then releases. It runs a timed session while you sit.
The boots are in the Recovery Room at our Bedford studio.
How a session goes
- Zip into the leg attachments.
- Your provider sets the intensity.

Finding your size
Hyperice sizes leg attachments by height and inseam:
- Short — 5’7" and under
- Standard — 5’7" to 6’4"
- Tall — 6’4" and over
Between sizes, Hyperice recommends sizing down. Tell us your height when you book and we’ll have the right attachments ready.

What are Normatec boots?

Can I pick how strong it is?
Yes. There are seven intensity levels, set for you at the start and adjustable if you want more or less.

Attachments come in Short, Standard, and Tall, sized by height and inseam. Tell us your height when you book.
