The Recovery Room is a room at our Bedford studio built for the part of training most people skip: sitting still and letting the work settle. An infrared sauna, Normatec compression boots, and percussive massage tools, by appointment, seven days a week.
It is Bedford only, at 21 Commerce Park N, Suite D. It is not at the Dover location.

Infrared sauna
A private infrared sauna session in the Bedford room. Bring water and give yourself the time.
Normatec compression boots
Hyperice dynamic air compression. You zip into the leg attachments and the control unit inflates a sequence of zones up your legs, then releases. Seven intensity levels, set for you at the start.
Normatec massage tools
Percussive massage tools in the room, free to use during your session for targeted work before or after the boots.

Finding your boot size
Hyperice sizes the leg attachments by height and inseam, in Short, Standard, and Tall. If you are between sizes, Hyperice recommends sizing down. Tell us your height when you book and we will have the right attachments ready.
How a session goes
- Book: Call or text (603) 714-1698, or book a studio visit online. Same-day is often open.
- Arrive: Come in loose clothing. Bring water for the sauna.
- Settle in: We set the boots to the intensity you want and size the attachments to you.
- Use the room: Sauna, boots, massage tools — a day pass covers all three.
What this room is not
The Recovery Room is for recovery and comfort. It is not physical therapy, it is not a medical treatment, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If something hurts in a way that worries you, see a clinician.

What are Normatec boots?
Normatec is a dynamic air compression system from Hyperice. The leg attachments inflate in sequence from the feet up and release, in a timed session. There are seven intensity levels, set for you at the start and adjustable.
